Can you combine multiple photos?
Yes! If you have several favourite photos, I can often combine elements from them to create the perfect composition.Can you work from old or low-quality photos?
Absolutely. I understand that older photographs may be all that's available, especially for pets who have sadly passed away. I'll always do my best to create a beautiful portrait from the images you have.How long will my commission take?
Lead times vary depending on my workload and the size/style of your portrait. Expect a minimum of 2 weeks for a commission. I'll provide an estimated completion date before I begin your artwork.Can you draw people or other animals?
Yes! Alongside pet portraits, I am also happy to accept commissions featuring wildlife, people, and other subjects.Feel free to get in touch with me to ask about options. Prices may vary for this.Do I need to pay a deposit for my commission?
No. Payment is made in full when you place your order, securing your commission. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive the next steps for sending over your photos and getting your portrait underway.Can I include more than one pet?
Yes! Portraits sized A5 and above can include multiple pets. The number of pets that can be included will depend on the portrait size, ensuring there is enough space to capture each pet beautifully and in detail.Do you accept returns?
As every commission is made especially for you, commissioned artwork cannot be returned. I am able to offer refunds/partial refunds for damaged work or if you are unsatisfied with my service. Prints and other ready-made products are covered by my returns policy if they arrive damaged or faulty.Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location at checkout.
