Booking Your Commission
When you place your order, this represents a 50% deposit, securing your place in my commission schedule (excluding Wooden Decoration which is taken in full payment). Once you've ordered, you'll receive an email explaining the next steps and asking you to send over your favourite photographs! When the portrait is complete, I will send the you an email with an image of the completed portrait (for your approval) and an invoice for the remaining balance.

Great Portraits Start with Great Photos
The clearer your reference photos, the more detail and accuracy I can capture in your portrait. If your pet is no longer with you and only older or lower-quality images are available, don't worry - I can often work from these too. Feel free to send me what you have, and I'll be happy to advise on the best option.
A Few Things to Know
Payment
A 50% is taken when you place your order and secures your commission. The remaining balance will be invoiced when the drawing is complete.
Your Photos
After ordering, you'll receive details on how to send me your favourite photographs. Don't worry about choosing the perfect one — I'm always happy to help!
Timescale
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your portrait. Some pieces may take a while longer depending on the size, medium, level of detail and my current commission schedule. If you need your portrait for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate.
Final Approval
I'll send you a preview of your finished portrait before it's dispatched, giving you the opportunity to request any reasonable small adjustments.
